Ping extremamente alto

Boa tarde. Estou sofrendo com oscilação constante de ping. As vezes ele fica alguns segundos normal (entre 25 e 30) e depois oscila para mais de 200. Realizei os 2 testes de ping e aqui estão os resultados. Attachment not found.
